Position: Customer Service Executive
Department: Customer Interaction Centre
Responsibilities:
* Process inbound and outbound 1st level customer interactions via
phone,
e-mail, fax voicemail or online
* Escalate relevant issues to various departments within JARING
* To response positively and openly to feedback from supervisors and
colleagues, and put into practice advice on how to improve
* To undertake any administration tasks delegated by the supervisors
* To proactively identify areas for service and procedural
improvement and
make recommendations to the supervisors
* To lead ad-hoc team to provide specialize customer service
* To undertake interim project as and when required by the management
Requirement:
* Degree in IT or social studies
* Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
* Team player
* Good communication skills
* Experience in Customer Service is an added advantage
* Interest in Internet related applications is an added advantage
* Prepared to work shift and on weekend
