~ Penambang : A small boat used by the Kuching locals to commute from the riverbanks of their village to the city centre's Waterfront or other villages.

~ Built circa 1879, this old fort still stands proud on the opposite side of the Waterfront in Kuching. Now converted to a museum that holds interesting collections of relics & artefacts.

~Originally built in 1870 by Charles Brooke as a wedding to his wife Margeret, the Astana is now the official residence of the Head of State.

Saya suka yang ni... the empty spaces keeps the mystery alive with tremendous DOF. Nice series by the way torque.

Torque, here's a suggestion.....u should try riding in the Penambang....duduk kat belakang sekali, dekat enjin motorbot tu...guna wide lens..capture penumpang2 bot dari dalam penambang tu ...hheheheeee.....just a suggestion.....

Sik iboh ngelayau jauh2 juak, area waterfront & India Street ajak banyak elements mun kitak mauk polah documentari serie!

Note that the announcement is written in Bahasa Melayu and Tamil.
The shoplots & pedestrian walk around the area are known as India Street Pedestrian Mall, one of the main tourist attractions in Kuching.
