On 22nd and 23rd April 2006, the lower ground concourse of Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur, will be transformed to an open movie showcase unmatched by any to date.
From the creators of the 'The Lord Of The Rings' Carnivals 2002 & 2003, the multi-location LOTR marathons of 2003 & 2004, the 'Star Wars' road-shows of 2005, comes something even bigger...
Cinema Online, in collaboration with Mypartners Communications, proudly present the MOVIE CARNIVAL 2006, a two day all-movie event on a grand scale, bringing together one very rich encounter with everything movies, from blockbusters of 2006 to timeless classics. It is the ultimate movie experience, with lots to see, hear, touch, get, do, and keep!
Activities:
Movie Carnival 2006 promises an exciting and unique experience for movie fans as loads of activities and events have been lined up. Some of the highlights at the event include:
• The Hunt for the Malaysian X-Men
• Up Close with Stars of Gubra and Sepet
• Movie Bazaar featuring movie themed e-gaming stations, photo stations, movie merchandise, collectibles & memorabilia
• Ice Age 2 and other movie character appearances
• Celebrity appearances
• Children colouring contests, ice-cream and balloons
• Stage games, activities and lots of PRIZES.
• Charity movie auction
• Movie showcase & preview
Movie Carnival 2006 is co-organised by Mypartners Communications and Cinema Online. Philips is the Official AV Sponsor and Berjaya Times Square is the Official Venue Sponsor.
